ESREAL ERP Taxest
ERP Taxes Configuration
- ESREAL ERP may be configured to automatically handle three types of tax operations:
- Sales Tax or Value Added Tax.
- Withholding tax in payment activities and/or collection activities.
- Bank debit tax or tax on withdrawals of funds from bank accounts.
- The Sales Tax, as well as Value Added Tax are configured with a percentage in the first level of classification of products and automatically applies to all products included in the group during purchase and sales activities. It also allows the configuration of a unique and different percentage that applies to freight. For all other activities the percentage is inputted when the transaction is registered. The Value Added Tax can also be configured so that only the tax paid related to direct costs becomes tax credit.
- The withholding tax can be configured to happen in payment or collection transactions independently. The percentage must be indicated at the time when performing the activity.
- The tax on bank funds withdrawals is configured with a percentage applied automatically to all withdraw transactions, but it is optional when making transfers between Banks Accounts or to Cash Desks.
- The mentioned tax operations are automatically accounted when the activity is registered, in the Detail Accounts specified when the Accounts Chart is created, so that your company accounting is always updated.
- ESREAL ERP provides a tool that generates batch certificates related to accounts movements including tax and tax withholdings to fiscal entities, suppliers, or customers. These certificates are highly configurable in formats that may be saved for future use.
- If your tax reporting requirements need specific reports not included, ESREAL LLC has the capacity to develop them after approval of your application.
