ERP Accounts Charts

• ESREAL ERP definition of Accounts Chart includes three levels:
1. Accounts Ledger Groups where Assets, Liability, Equity, Revenues, Expenses, and Cost of Sales are defined.
2. Ledger Accounts where a structure with multiple levels inside each Ledger Group may be defined.
3. Detail Accounts included in Ledger Accounts and where manual and automatic entries happen.
• The Ledger Accounts allow the configuration of any number of levels that may be increased, reduced, or changed at any moment and the all accounting reports are immediately and retroactively adjusted to the changes.







• In ESREAL ERP the different Ledger Account Groups, Ledger Accounts and Detail Accounts are identified by their name without having to manage codes facilitating training of users. Still, it allows their alphanumerical coding following either company policies or local regulations.
• The user has complete control over the names and numeration of Ledger Account Groups, Ledger Accounts and Detail Accounts recorded in the system to accommodate any accounting chart. Changes may be made at any time and will take effect retroactively.
• ESREAL ERP automatically records operations related to activities it controls, including Sales, Cost of Sales, Purchases, Sales and Purchases Advances, Inventory, Accounts Receivable and Payable and Cash Management. Once the Accounts Chart is defined, the user simply parameterizes the Detail Accounts where to book the movements generated in each of these activities.
• In other activities, the selection of the affected Detail Account is made manual and easily following the structure of the Accounts Chart.
• ESREAL ERP automatically accounts all entries related to activities at the same time as they happen, so that the accounting reports are always balanced and updated
• ESREAL ERP performs continuous accounting, meaning that at any time updated reports are available including movements of individual Ledger Account Groups, Ledger and Detail Accounts, Journal, Income Statement, Cash Flow and General Statements for any date or any date range.
• ESREAL ERP allows two simultaneous Accounts Charts, that when selected the ERP generates two copies of the Accounts Chart and each of them may be completely reconfigured independently and are always updated online with the registered operations of the company. Normally one Chart may reflect the legal requirements and the other one the company preferred reporting.
