ERP Electronic and Printed Support Documents

• In ESREAL ERP the user configures each of the documents certifying the registration of an activity, such as invoices, vouchers, purchase orders, product receptions, bank deposits, etc.
• Right after each transaction is registered, the document certifying the operation is generated and saved in electronic format (PDF) and may be printed and/or manual or automatically sent by email to the customers or suppliers that may be referenced in the activity.
• ESREAL ERP also offers configuration of bank checks and its printing on paper format also generating and saving electronic (PDF) copies.
• The configuration of document process is fully graphic, and the user simply selects the individual elements or columns of data included and positions them within the document model.







• It is possible to define the size of paper used for the document and the size and style of font. This allows you to configure from large size (i.e. letter) documents with much information and/or large font size, to reduced documents (i.e. continuous roll paper) with limited information and/or small font size.







• The system can be configured to pre-printed formats where only data is printed, or processes where information is printed on a blank sheet of paper.
• Elements to be printed are highly configurable, being the user enabled to define its title, alignment, size or frame them to stand them out, etc.
• ESREAL ERP verifies the required space both at the time of configuration and at printing to avoid errors and over printing. On production it may adjust information by reducing font size if required.
• The configuration process of documents provides the option to do physical prints and electronic PDF trials up to reach a satisfactory configuration without registering operations.
• The configuration is saved and used to generate all documents of the same activity from any computer or device that access the company ESREAL ERP and may be updated at any time.
