ERP On-Screen, Electronic and Printed Reports

• ESREAL ERP provides many reports on inventories and their movements, purchases or customer open orders, payables and receivables, movements of sales, purchases, and cash, etc. and the reports mentioned in the financial and accounting section.
• As a full online system, reports are always up to date, including all activities or movements recorded to date when requesting the report.
• All reports are configurable at the time of generation, allowing filtering by various concepts, reaching a maximum flexibility in the reports of open purchase or customer orders, accounts payable and receivable, historical purchases, and sales movements.
• The time-dependent reports can be obtained between any two dates, selecting them from calendar tables:







• All reports are initially produced in electronic tables, with updated information that can always be filtered by different concepts and frequently including fields or columns chosen by the user.
• The tables allow the user to move around the information, hide columns and/or change their position. It also allows sorting rows using any column as a criterion, and some reports have the option of grouping or condensing information. The configuration of complex reports may be saved to be later applied to future inquiries.
• All reports, before or after being handled, can be printed, or can be electronically exported to use in electronic spreadsheets (Excel) and/or word processors. Most of them are also available from the ESREAL ERP mobile application.
