ERP Financial Statements

• ESREAL ERP produces two types of accounting and financial reports:
• General Statements that include the General Balance, Income Statement and Cash Flow.
• Accounting Entries reports.
• General Statements are presented in two different formats:
• For any period of dates, showing initial and final balances plus credits and debits for the period. This report is also available from the ESREAL ERP mobile devices application.







• Monthly Statements showing the General Balance at the end, and Income Statement and Cash Flow for every month for any given period.
• Accounting Entries including description, related entity and user that registered, may be obtained:
• All registered balanced entries ordered by date for any period, reproducing an accounting journal. This report is also available from the ESREAL ERP mobile devices application.
• Registered manual accounting entries filtered ordered by date for any period.
• Filtered by either account or group of accounts, total or by entity. This last one allows generation of vouchers that serve as proof of tax and tax withholding collections.
• All Accounting Entries reports allows detailed configuration and saving the format created for future reuse.
• When Double Accounts Chart is configured, all reports are always available and updated for each of the configured Accounts Charts.
