ERP Sales Invoices

Sales can be registered using a preloaded Customer Order or by filling the Order at the same moment of the delivery.
Sales invoicing process may be configured to be very simple with fixed prices requiring only to select products and add quantities, to more complex processes where prices may be adjusted or discounted, and other concepts included like freight and total discounts.
Registering the quantities being delivered can be done manually or using a bar code reader that either adds the units being shipped or verifies delivered scanned quantity vs. quantity included in the Customer Order.
In separate activities ESREAL ERP allows invoicing on cash or on credit, generating in this second case an account receivable that the system manages automatically.

Shows Customer credit status and monitors the credit line, preventing the invoicing of an order that exceeds it.
May be configured to register partial collections that the system posts and controls automatically.

For invoices on cash, ESREAL ERP offers the four methods of collection mentioned in ERP Cash Administration: in a Cash Desk receive cash, checks or credit card payments, or direct bank transfers.
With the required authorization, the user may also debit the transaction to an Accounting Account instead of a cash account.
At the very moment of registering a Sale, ESREAL ERP generates the corresponding accounting entries so that the accounting of your company is always up to date.
Right after the registration of the Sale, the user may email the generated Invoice PDF document to the customer, using automatic or manual assisted processes.
For those countries where Electronic Invoice is required by local authorities, ESREAL ERP may generate, sign, save, and send the required XML Invoice document. When this document is generated, it is also sent to the client in the automatic operation of the previous point. Please consult our documentation about countries where ESREAL ERP has already implemented electronic invoicing.
ESREAL ERP allows invoicing partially or totally the products included in the original Customer Order. If the order has been invoiced partially the user may choose to register or not an open the order for the not received balance.
