ERP Projects
- In ESREAL ERP Projects are complex activities that the company executes and sells normally only once, though not a requirement.
- ESREAL ERP Projects allow accounting in a complex accounts structure with undefined number of levels. Normally the main Project account is an inventory account where multiple levels and subaccounts may be defined, to carry a detailed control on all expenses related to the Project.
- Charges to any of the subaccounts in the Project accounting structure may come from internal labor assignment using accounting entries, from external contracted services using the general payments tool, or from the consumption of company inventory Products using the provided ESREAL ERP Supplies activity. The consumption of products in a Project normally are reported using this tool but may be invoiced directly to the customer, depending on company policies.
- When a Project is invoiced, the total Project cost of sales is calculated adding all inventory cost registered in the Project account’s structure and credited to its first level so that the total net value of its inventory account is taken to zero, though the individual accounts values are kept.
- ESREAL ERP automatically generates the corresponding accounting entries so that the accounting of your company is always up to date.
