ERP Inventory Administration
- ESREAL ERP manages up to five Stores or warehouses that are also points of Reception of Purchase Orders and Manufacturing, and Invoicing of Customer Orders.
- ESREAL ERP includes a Transfer of Inventory tool to move stock of Purchased and Manufactured Products between Stores, generating the proper supporting documents.
- Quantities of Purchased and Manufactured Products being shipped or received in a Store may be manually registered selecting the Product by the initial characters of its Code or Name, or by narrowing the Product options using Product grouping selectors, or by using a bar code reader. An image of the Product may be displayed to confirm the identity of the product before entering it.
- ESREAL ERP makes a reserve of Purchased and Manufactured Products that have been included in Customer's orders. The user is notified when a Customer Orders exceeds the reserve less inventory available but allows registration of the order.
- ESREAL ERP may be configured to allow or to not allow negative inventories that could be generated by sales invoicing or purchases returns above the stock quantity of the Purchased and Manufactured Products.
- ESREAL ERP provides a tool to make stores Inventory Adjustments in the event of losses, damages, because of physical inventories or manufacturing and supplies returns that may require this type of adjustment.
- At the very moment of registering a Transfer or an Adjustment, ESREAL ERP generates the corresponding accounting entries so that the accounting of your company is always up to date.
