ERP Sales Customer Orders

• In ESREAL ERP customer orders may be recorded manually, through e-commerce, or using the ESREAL ERP Mobile Devices application.







• ESREAL ERP handles market prices list for public communications, separately from and actual invoicing prices list. It is also possible to register an individual discount for each registered customer that applies to all products when being invoiced.
• ESREAL ERP is configurable to prevent or authorize the user from manually changing the individual price of a product, apply discounts at line level or at the total of the invoice level. When manual changes on prices and line or total discounts are authorized, it is possible to specify a minimum margin per line and a minimum margin for the total of the invoice that control the price and discount levels granted. The user may also be authorized to see the margins at the line and the entire order level.
• When registering manual purchase orders, the user may:
• Select the Customer and the Salesman from ordered alphabetical list or entering initial characters.
• Select Products directly entering the initial characters of its Code or Name, or by narrowing the Product options using Product grouping selectors, or by using a bar code reader. An image of the Product may be displayed to confirm the identity of the product before entering it.
• ESREAL ERP makes a reserve of purchased and manufactured products that have been included in customer's purchase orders. The user is notified when the added reserve exceeds the available inventory but allows registration of the order.
• ESREAL ERP may be configured to simultaneously record advanced collections related to the customer order, that the system posts and controls automatically. To register them, ESREAL ERP offers the four methods of collection mentioned in ERP Cash Administration: in a Cash Desk receive cash, checks or credit card payments, or direct bank transfers.
• Right after its registration, the user may email the generated PDF document of the Customer Order to the Customer using automatic or manual assisted processes.
